Evidence

Coherence you can check.

We prefer evidence of coherence over vanity metrics, and we do not publish what we cannot show.

CAIS publishes client work only with permission. No public case studies are cleared for release yet, and we do not list borrowed logos or unverified outcomes. What we can show is the method: what a contradiction looks like, how it is resolved, and what an Intelligence Audit actually produces.

How we treat proof

  • Real, with permission

Anonymized client evidence appears only when the client has agreed.

  • Clearly labelled

Anything not from a real engagement is marked Sample, Demonstration or Illustrative example.

  • Coherence over vanity

We show whether an organization became more consistent, not follower counts.

Illustrative example

Before, contradiction, resolution.

Illustrative example

Before

  • “The founder describes the company as a strategy partner.”
  • “The website leads with websites and social media.”
  • “Sales proposals describe campaign packages.”
  • “A two-year-old deck still circulates with a different customer definition.”

CAIS identifies

  • Four descriptions of one company, none shared, none evidenced.
  • Customer definition conflicts between the deck and the sales conversation.
  • Proof cited in proposals cannot be traced to a source.

After

  • One evidence-backed position, validated by leadership.
  • The same position available to leadership, sales, marketing and AI tools.
  • Contradicting materials retired or updated, not left in circulation.

This example is illustrative. It reflects a pattern we see repeatedly; it is not a specific client.

Sample

What an Intelligence Audit map looks like.

A fragment of the analysis structure, with illustrative statements. Real audits contain the organization's own statements with sources.

Sample

Known

  • Primary customer: founder-led firms, 20–200 people
  • Core offer scoped and priced consistently

Assumed

  • Customers choose us for speed
  • Referrals are the main acquisition channel

Conflicting

  • Category: strategy partner vs. agency
  • Pricing: value-based vs. hourly in two documents

Missing

  • Named competitors and why we win
  • Decision principle for scope creep

Weakly evidenced

  • "Clients see results in 90 days"
  • "Best-in-class" claim on website
Leads to
  • Critical contradictions
  • Strategic gaps
  • AI-readiness gaps
  • Priority decisions
  • 90-day priorities

Demonstration

A One Brand Brain entry.

Illustrative entry showing how a single claim is held: statement, source, confidence, status.
