Who we are
CAIS (“we”, “us”) operates a social desk for brand and creator teams — voice, drafts, approvals, and publishing connectors. This policy applies to visitors and signed-in users of our web application.
Information we collect
- Account and sign-in. If you sign in (for example with email or a wallet via Privy), we receive identifiers needed to authenticate you and maintain a session.
- Workspace content. Brand voice settings, platform drafts, approval notes, room membership, and scheduling metadata you create in the product.
- Connected platforms. If you connect X or YouTube, we store OAuth tokens and basic account metadata (such as handle) so you can publish approved drafts. Tokens are encrypted at rest on our servers.
- Technical data. Standard server logs (IP address, browser type, timestamps) and cookies needed to keep you signed in and secure the service.
- Contact and lead forms. Information you submit on contact or book-a-call flows (name, email, message).
How we use information
- Provide, secure, and improve the CAIS product you use.
- Run approval workflows, scheduling, and native publishing only when you request it.
- Respond to support and contact requests.
- Monitor abuse, errors, and reliability of the service.
We do not sell your personal information or X/YouTube data to third parties.
Third-party services
We rely on service providers that process data on our behalf, including:
- Authentication (Privy)
- Hosting and infrastructure (for example Vercel)
- Database (for example Supabase / PostgreSQL)
- Social platforms you choose to connect (X, YouTube, Google OAuth)
When you connect a social account, that platform’s terms and privacy policy also apply to activity on their service.
Retention and security
We keep workspace data while your account is active and as needed to operate the service. OAuth tokens remain until you disconnect the platform or delete your connection. We use encryption for sensitive credentials and restrict production access to operators who need it.
Your choices
- Disconnect X or YouTube anytime in Social desk → Connectors.
- Email us to request access, correction, or deletion of account-related data.

Children
CAIS is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
Changes
We may update this policy as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated “Last updated” date.
