Terms of Service

The service

CAIS provides tools for brand and social teams: GOUP Voice, GOUP Studio, approval rooms, calendar planning, and optional native publishing to connected platforms (X and YouTube when configured). Some areas are preview or mock — we label them honestly and they are not production commitments.

Accounts

You are responsible for your sign-in method and for activity under your account. Keep credentials secure. You must provide accurate information when contacting us or submitting forms.

Your content

You retain ownership of drafts, brand voice, and other content you create. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that content solely to operate the service — including transmitting posts to platforms you connect and approve.

You must have the rights to the content you publish and comply with each platform’s rules.

Connected platforms

Native publishing requires you to connect your own X or YouTube account. We do not guarantee that every post will succeed (rate limits, platform errors, and policy enforcement apply). Disconnecting a connector stops further native publishes from CAIS.

No financial or performance promises

CAIS is a coordination and publishing tool — not trading software, investment advice, or a guarantee of reach, revenue, or engagement. We do not promise profits, alpha, or risk-free outcomes.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use CAIS for unlawful, deceptive, or abusive activity.
• Attempt to breach security, scrape other users’ data, or overload our systems.
• Misrepresent preview or mock features as live production capabilities.
• Publish content that infringes others’ rights or violates platform policies.

Availability and changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features as the product evolves. We aim for reliability but provide the service on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, CAIS and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including lost profits, data loss, or platform publishing failures. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim (or zero if you use a free tier).

Termination

You may stop using CAIS at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms or if needed to protect the service or other users.
